Almonds, The Super Nut!

Rich in flavonoids (aka antioxidants) which are known to combat free radicals and protect against infections. Almonds contain twenty types of flavonoids that are mostly found on the skin of the almond, thus eating raw almonds as opposed to roasted or soaked provides you with the best immunity.

Almonds are also a great source of Vitamin E and B2, but most importantly about the mighty almond is the fact that they contain monsaturated fats (good fat). Monosaturated fats help reduce LDL cholesterol and lowers the chances of heart disease including heart attacks (Olive oil is another example of "good monosaturated fat.")

Prostate cancer is the single most common cancer in men as well as the second deadliest. So hear are a few ways to help defeat this deadly monster.

a.) Eat Marinara Sauce - tomatoes contain lycopene, which is
a powerful antioxidant that has proven to reduce the risk
developing PC.

b.) Mastaurbate - As funny as it may sound masturbation
or more so ejaculation (whether it's from your "five finger"
lover or from sex) clears the prostate of carcinogens.
In other words ... clean the pipes!

c.) Stay active - Humans are built and meant to be active!
So let's stop making excuses and start moving!
Excercising boosts the immune system, increases
circulation, and increases energy levels.

d.) Eat Healthy - No need to explain this as we all know that
eating healthy leads to a world of good, but yet here is an
idea or two for those of you who are still confused. A
healthy bowl of cereal (and no that does not mean a large
bowl of Frosted Flakes) with soy milk, more leafy
vegetables, and 100% cranberry juice just for starters.
